Last updated: 2026 08 13
Welcome to Tsukikobo.
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Tsukikobo website at www.tsukikobo.com. By placing an order through the website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Tsukikobo Tsukikobo is operated by: Business name: Robertos Variakojytės Kurybinė Veikla .
Country: Lithuania
E-mail: shadows@tsukikobo.com
2. Products Tsukikobo creates and sells handmade and/or independently designed products. Because many of our products are handmade, small differences in colour, texture, shape or finish may occur. These differences are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects where the item remains consistent with its description and photographs. Product photographs are intended to represent the products as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
3. Product availability Many Tsukikobo products are produced in limited quantities. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, I will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, alternative product or refund.
4. Prices and payment All prices displayed on the website are shown in EUR unless otherwise stated. The applicable price is the price displayed at the time the order is placed. Payment must be completed before an order is processed.
5. Order processing Orders are normally prepared within 1-3 business days, unless a different processing time is stated on the product page. Handmade, made-to-order or personalised items may require additional processing time.
6. Order cancellation If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate cancellation requests received before the order has been prepared or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be treated as a simple pre-shipment cancellation. Where the customer has a legal right to withdraw from the purchase, the applicable return and withdrawal procedure described in the Returns & Refund Policy will apply. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
7. Shipping Orders are shipped from Lithuania. Available shipping destinations, estimated delivery times and shipping costs are displayed during checkout or on the relevant product/shipping information page. Tsukikobo is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, strikes, extreme weather, or other circumstances outside the seller’s reasonable control.
8. Customs and import charges For orders shipped outside the European Union, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are outside Tsukikobo’s control.
9. Returns and refunds Customers may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase. The conditions and exceptions are described in the Returns & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts mandatory consumer rights.
10. Personalised and made-to-order products Certain products may be made specifically according to the customer’s specifications or may be clearly personalised. Where applicable law allows an exception from the statutory right of withdrawal for such products, the relevant product listing will clearly state that the product is personalised or made to order and that the statutory withdrawal right may not apply.
11. Damaged or incorrect orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at shadows@tsukikobo.com and provide photographs of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and provide a remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
12. Intellectual property All photographs, product designs, artwork, graphics, text, logos and other original content appearing on the Tsukikobo website are owned by Tsukikobo or used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.
13. Limitation of liability Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14. Changes to these Terms Tsukikobo may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to an order is the version available at the time the order is placed. 15. Contact For questions regarding these Terms & Conditions, please contact: shadows@tsukikobo.com
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
1. European Union customers – right of withdrawal If you are a consumer purchasing from within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The withdrawal period and its exceptions are governed by applicable consumer law. (European Union) To exercise this right, contact:shadows@tsukikobo.com Please clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase and include your order number.
2. Returning an item After notifying us that you wish to withdraw, please return the item within the legally applicable period. Unless otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item.
3. Refunds Once a valid withdrawal has been made, we will process the refund within the legally required period. For goods, we may withhold the refund until: the returned goods have been received; or the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back. This is permitted under EU consumer rules. (European Union) Where required by law, the refund includes the cost of standard outbound delivery. Additional costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a more expensive delivery option are not necessarily refundable. (European Union) Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
4. Condition of returned products Customers may inspect goods as they would in a physical shop. If a product has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, the customer may be responsible for any resulting reduction in value where permitted by applicable law. (European Union)
5. Personalised and made-to-order products The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised. Where this exception applies, the relevant product listing will state this before purchase. (European Union) 6. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products If your item arrives damaged, defective or does not correspond to your order, please contact us at shadows@tsukikobo.com. Please include: your order number; photographs of the product; photographs of the packaging where relevant; a short description of the problem. This type of issue is separate from a change-of-mind return. Consumers in the EU have statutory rights concerning goods that are faulty or do not conform to the contract, including a minimum legal guarantee period of two years under EU law, subject to applicable national rules and exceptions. (European Union)
7. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item where legally permitted and place a new order.
8. How to request a return Please contact: shadows@tsukikobo.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide the return instructions applicable to your order.
