Customs & Import Taxes

Every piece from Tsukikobo is handcrafted and shipped with care from Lithuania. Once your package leaves our studio and travels across borders, it enters your country’s jurisdiction under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms.

Import Duties & VAT: International packages (including shipments to the UK, EU, US, and beyond) may be subject to local VAT, customs clearance fees, or import duties upon arrival.

Buyer Responsibility: These additional charges are not included at checkout and are not controlled by Tsukikobo. All import taxes and courier handling fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Know Before You Order: Customs rules and thresholds vary greatly by country. We strongly encourage you to check your local postal and customs policies before placing an order so there are no unexpected surprises upon delivery.

Refused & Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us because local customs fees were refused or left unpaid, any return shipping costs and non-refundable fees incurred will be deducted from your item refund once the parcel safely returns to the studio.
